Totsy has HORRIBLE customer service. I’m still trying to get a refund from an order in AUGUST!!!! No one ever returns phone calls, they do not answer their phones at all, and it takes them several days to reply to emails… they are extremely unprofessional. Seek deals elsewhere. Totsy is simply not worth it.

I 100% backup what SmartShopper said in her post. I just recently joined Totsy and have placed multiple orders with them — ALL of which have been late, items missing, never sent, etc.
I too am in the process of trying to get a refund for an order placed in November, 2010 that was charged to my credit card, but never delivered.
Not only do they not return phone calls, but when you contact customer service via email, all they do is provide you with a reference # to include in future emails. However, they never address the issue at hand, they don’t provide explanations, they don’t apologize, and they certainly haven’t delivered on what they promised and charged me for.
I would highly recommend that you search for deals elsewhere. This is a horribly disorganized and incompetent company to do business with.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It does not make me want to shop at Totsy after hearing the negative things you two have experienced. Either that or I will have to try it just to determine for myself if their incompetence is across the board or isolated.
