This headline caught my eye, only because we have been talking about bowling here at the Gould house. When I was a teen I really enjoyed bowling and haven’t been to a bowling alley since before I was married, mostly because since we’ve had children we try to avoid cigarette smoke. We’ve even been known to leave a restaurant if we smell smoke. Now that smoking in public buildings has been outlawed here in Illinois I am more open to the idea of taking the children bowling sometime. However, you won’t be seeing me wearing stilettos in “lane 8” down at the bowling alley like celebrity icon Kim Kardashian did over the weekend for an event she hosted.
Obviously donning previously worn shoes is beneath Ms. Kardashian’s fashion style since she was caught bowling in her high heel shoes, which just happened to be hot-pink-soled Louboutins.

How about you, would you be caught bowling in heels as high as these? I don’t think I’d even be able to walk in them, let alone bowl. Guess that tells you where my fashion sense lies, in practicality, not celebrity fashion. What does your fashion sense rate when it comes to an activity like bowling?

I have never seen anyone try to bowl in an outfit quite like the one Kim is wearing. It is funny that everything including the ball matches her outfit. She doesn’t look too comfortable though.
