The EarDoc is a tool created to help move fluids out of the inner ear for ear infections, swimmers ear, and ear pain. It is a simple device that fits behind the ear and sends vibrations into the ear. The EarDoc is easy to use. The cover to the battery cavity provides easy access to change batteries, it has a on and off switch that slides up and down to slowly increasing the vibrations sent. The EarDoc switch is very sensitive though. The EarDoc is made out of plastic, it is non-evasive that children can even use.
We used the EarDoc over the holidays while we were sick with colds. The children used it while their ears were clogged from congestion. And then last night my son was complaining that there was water in his ears after playing in the tub so I told him to use the EarDoc to see if he could move the water out and it brought him relief from the ear painhe was experiencing. Below is a video of us using the EarDoc:
We like the fact that the EarDoc is a safe alternative, even to antibiotics and that the children are able to use it themselves. Much better to grab the EarDoc than a bottle of aspirin or children’s Tylenol for pain.
For more information please visit the EarDoc website. In February readers will have the opportunity to enter a EarDoc giveaway to win their very own EarDoc!
