Our family loves family-friendly movies. It is so nice when my husband and I do not have to preview a movie before we determine if it is suitable for our children to watch. If you and your family enjoy this kind of movie too then be sure to join the rest of us in watching them when they are aired on TV so they receive good ratings or else the TV stations will cancel them! There is too much garbage on TV now as it is, why not support shows that promote family-friendly entertainment?
Ok, off my soap box and onto “Field of Vision”, which is the next movie scheduled for Walmart and Proctor & Gamble Family Movie Night, tomorrow night June 11th at 8:00 ET/7:00 CDT on NBC.
“Field of Vision” is a movie that teaches that bullying of any kind is wrong. Note that please because in some circles bullying is viewed as a normal part of growing up when in reality it should not be so. This movie is also about showing compassion, forgiveness to others. Most importantly it is about truth, telling the truth and standing up for what is right no matter the cost. Even it it is the football state championship. How often is this taught today? Not very. Any moral person will admire the character Tyler as he makes a tough decision that affects his team and their chances of winning the state championship for the first time in 22 years.
We really enjoyed this movie and were disappointed when it ended. The only “odd” part of the movie was the inclusion of a video camera that our older girls dubbed as “R2D2” because of its chirping sound. But that is all I will reveal! 😉 We highly recommend “Field of Vision” and hope you will tune in tomorrow night at 8:00/7:00 CDT on NBC. Support family-friendly movies!
