We finally got to The Taste of Chicago. If you do not know much about The Taste, my husband describes it like this, “It’s about food and people. Lots of people.” As you will see from the photos of all the people. We also have a video to share so be sure to scroll down for a look at it. Sorry we missed you if you were not there! We had fun. It was hot, hot, hot. Please note that I am camera shy so you will only be getting a glimpse of my children. The Taste ends tonight so if you are in Chicago, go before 7:oopm, as Target’s sand box hours are 11am-7pm.
The Taste always wraps up with fire works, but they canceled the fire works this year! Boo hoo.
The people. Police presence was very prominent on every corner. Our bags were checked as we entered the taste as well. It was very well monitored and for the time we were there very orderly for the amount of people attending.
